Professional Skills for Trainers (TT)
Overview

This course deals with techniques in conducting training, particularly on organising and delivering training materials professionally in class.

Who Should Attend

Newly appointed instructors, managers and supervisors responsible for training staff; management staff who conduct training as part of their responsibility; and line staff whose main role is to provide training for other staff.

Course Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
  • Understand the principles of adult learning.

  • Plan and develop well-structured training course content and lesson plans.

  • Identify the different teaching methods.

  • Use training aids appropriately.

  • Develop effective delivery skills and practice good body language.

  • Manage various types of audience.
